Festival of Fools
The weird, wonderful and downright wacky performances of the fools festival make for a brilliant day out for the whole family. 120 free shows from international and local acts can be enjoyed on the streets of Belfast from Friday 29th April to Monday 2nd May.

Writers on Writers Festival
The historic Linen Hall Library plays host to the festival which this year will focus on the contribution Northern Irish women have made to the literary world. Events include discussions, workshop and theatre performances, some free & others only £5. Bargain!
The festival launches on Monday 9th May (all welcome) and runs until May 13th. More information on the Linen Hall website.
Belfast Titanic Maritime Festival
Spend the bank holiday weekend celebrating Belfast’s unique maritime heritage in the titanic quarter. Organisers Belfast City Council promise live music, arts and crafts, street theatre and visiting ships as well as a continental market. A free maritime shuttle bus will run throughout the event from 28th to 30th May.
