December in Belfast can be quiet on the festival front with the run up to Christmas but the calendar is full to the brim of great festive events so here is my pick of some of the best…

Fine & Dandy Christmas Market will be popping up in the Crescent Arts Centre on two dates (also on 4th) this month. Previous market exhibitors have included Miss McKeowns fine tea (The Turkish Delight blend is delicious), Avec Amour Lauren with her dainty jewellery, Strombolitwo’s upcycled kimono silks and Neary Nogs artisan chocolate fudge.
The fantastic five piece of the Emerald Armada will be raising the roof of the Limelight with their home grown melodies at their Glasses Raised Winter Show. With a great line up it’s sure to be a revellers favourite gig this season.
